The Angle Health Scorecard is released for each and every group with more than 10 enrolled members. This scorecard gives you insight into your cases’ Gradient underwriting results and helps you teach your groups their options in the underwritten space.

Nomi Health is a Tier 1 group of doctors and hospitals that takes a special approach for members. Members can choose this Tier 1 group of providers and enjoy $0 copay and $0 deductible for services. Should the members want to use providers in Tier 2, then they would have traditional copays and deductibles.

Dominic Siciliano

Owner and President

Dominic is in his 20th year in the benefits business here in Michigan.  He worked at Priority Health in the Medicare department, as Director of Sales for a Managing Agency for Blue Cross of Michigan and most importantly as the first employee and President of BPI since its inception in 2012. His parents and biggest influences, Patricia Siciliano and John McClain, instilled in him the key pillar to GA benefits business—relationships with agents, employees, and carriers. Dominic has served as the NABIP West Michigan President twice.  His Friday morning classes, Employee Benefits 101, is highly regarded in the industry as a practical, real-world introduction to the business for new folks. In short, he is passionate about our business and about seeing agents succeed. 

Dominic loves golf and basketball but as he gets older, golf more. He’s a Western grad but a State fan!  Now with his daughter Ava at the University of Michigan, he is quite conflicted, but a proud Dad of a house divided! He most enjoys spending time with wife Janelle, four children and several pets (not by his choice) outdoors and Up North!  From the very early days of BPI when it was just him and Lena in a tiny little office, he hasn’t changed, it’s about getting the job done for agents.
